Job Description
HR Executive – Recruitment | SMC Global Securities Ltd.
Responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities, including understanding manpower requirements, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating and conducting interviews, managing recruitment portals, and facilitating the selection and onboarding process. Also involved in maintaining recruitment documentation, coordinating with reporting authorities, and ensuring timely closure of vacancies across various departments and locations.
