Job Description
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and statutory compliance while fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, selection, and onboarding.
- Oversee attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and employee records.
- Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with applicable labour laws.
- Handle employee grievances, engagement, and disciplinary matters.
- Manage performance appraisals, training, and employee development.
- Monitor employee retention, workforce planning, and HR reporting.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR or Business Administration.
- 5–8 years of relevant HR experience.
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of labour laws, payroll processes, and HRMS.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
