Job Description
Job Title: HR Recruiter
Location: Sarat Bose Road, Kolkata
Working Days: Monday – Saturday
Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls and explain job opportunities to candidates.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Post job openings on job portals and social media.
- Coordinate interviews and candidate follow-ups.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment coordination from sourcing to joining formalities.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Requirements:
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
- Freshers can apply; prior telecalling/recruitment experience preferred.
- Target-oriented with good coordination skills.
