Job Description
We need a experience Indian and Chinese chef
Food Preparation: Prepare and cook Indian curries, gravy items, tandoori preparations, and Chinese dishes (noodles, rice, starters) as per standard recipes.
Kitchen Operations: Manage daily mise en place (prep work), keep raw materials organized, and reduce ingredient wastage.
Quality & Hygiene: Maintain strict food hygiene, cleanliness standards in the kitchen area, and ensure consistent taste and presentation.
Inventory Handling: Assist in monitoring kitchen supplies, reporting stock levels, and ensuring fresh ingredients are used daily.
