• Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Injection Moulding Machine Operator with 5–6 years of experience in plastic injection moulding operations. The candidate should be capable of operating and monitoring injection moulding machines, ensuring production targets, maintaining product quality, and handling basic machine troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor injection moulding machines efficiently.
• Set machine parameters as per production requirements.
• Perform mould changing and machine start-up/shutdown activities.
• Monitor cycle time, temperature, pressure, and product quality.
• Conduct regular quality inspections and identify defects.
• Troubleshoot minor machine and process issues.
• Ensure production targets are achieved with minimal wastage.
• Maintain machine cleanliness and follow preventive maintenance practices.
• Follow safety standards and company policies.
• Maintain production records and reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5–6 years of experience in Injection Moulding Machine Operations.
• Good knowledge of plastic processing and moulding parameters.
• Experience in mould changing and machine setting.
• Ability to identify and resolve basic production issues.
• Understanding of quality standards and inspection procedures.
• Basic knowledge of machine maintenance.
• ITI/Diploma or equivalent qualification preferred.
