Location: [Salt lake Sector V Kolkata]
Shift: Australian Shift (5:30am to 2:30pm) (Monday to Friday)
(5:30am to 11:30am) (Saturday)
Experience: 1–5 Years

Job Description:
We are hiring Australian Telecom Sales Executives for an international voice process. The role involves selling nbn, telecom plans and connection to Australian customers, understanding their requirements, and closing sales while delivering excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle sale calls for Australian telecom customers
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable energy plans
Close sales and achieve daily/monthly targets
Ensure compliance.
Maintain accurate customer records in CRM
Eligibility & Skills:
Prior experience in International Sales is mandatory
Excellent English communication & negotiation skills
Strong closing ability and objection handling
Target-driven mindset
Knowledge of Australian energy retailers and plans is a plus
