Job Description
Job Purpose:
To efficiently manage, track, and maintain the company’s stock levels to ensure smooth business operations and prevent stock shortages or over-stocking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stock Monitoring: Track incoming and outgoing stock daily using inventory software.
- Inventory Audits: Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile them with system data.
- Order Management: Prepare purchase orders and coordinate with vendors to replenish stock timely.
- Data Maintenance: Maintain accurate records of invoices, shipments, and damaged goods.
- Reporting: Generate weekly and monthly stock analysis reports for management.
