Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT & Network Support Engineer responsible for

managing IT infrastructure, Microsoft 365 administration, endpoint management, network

security, firewall operations, and end-user support. The ideal candidate should have hands-

on experience in Microsoft cloud technologies, endpoint security, firewall management, VPN

connectivity, network troubleshooting, and day-to-day IT support operations.

IT Support Responsibilities

• Manage and administer Microsoft 365 Admin Center, Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune, and
• Exchange Online portals.
• Configure and manage user accounts, mailboxes, licenses, shared mailboxes, and
• distribution groups and Manage mail flow rules, transport rules, anti-spam, and anti-
• phishing configurations.
• Implement and manage Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Conditional Access
• Policies.
• Manage Microsoft Intune for device enrollment, endpoint compliance, and application
• deployment.
• Configure and maintain Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies for email and endpoint
• security.
• Support Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Outlook, and Office 365
• applications.
• Provide remote and onsite support for desktops, laptops, printers, and business
• applications.
• Manage onboarding/offboarding activities, IT asset inventory, and endpoint compliance.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware replacement and warranty support.
• Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and incident reports.
• Network Support Responsibilities
• Manage and support LAN, WAN, WiFi, and Internet network infrastructure.
• Configure and troubleshoot IPSec Tunnel VPN connectivity between branch offices and
• HO locations.
• Manage VLAN configuration, network segmentation, and inter-VLAN routing.
• Configure and troubleshoot routing, NAT, ACLs, failover, and switching in Cisco routers
• and switches.
• Configure and maintain firewall policies, NAT rules, and user access controls.
• Implement and manage High Availability (HA) firewall configurations.
• Manage web filtering, application filtering, and internet security policies.
• Monitor network traffic, bandwidth utilization, and connectivity performance.
• Troubleshoot DNS, DHCP, routing, switching, VPN, and ISP-related issues.
• Support and manage firewall devices such as Fortinet, Sophos, Cisco ASA/Firepower,
• and SonicWall.
• Work on WAN technologies such as MPLS, SD-WAN, and leased line connectivity.
• Maintain network documentation, IP addressing records, and firewall rule
• documentation.
