# IT, AI & TECHNICAL SUPPORT EXECUTIVE

### Job Responsibilities

* Manage office **computers, laptops, printers, Wi-Fi, LAN and IT systems**

* Provide day-to-day **technical support** to employees

* Manage **CRM users, access, permissions, bugs and technical issues**

* Handle basic **Website, Domain, Hosting, DNS & SSL** management

* Coordinate **Website/App development, updates and bug fixing**

* Manage company **emails, software accounts and user access**

* Maintain **IT assets, software licences, backups and security**

* Coordinate with **CRM, App, Website, CCTV and other IT vendors**

* Support **AI tools and business automation**

* Identify opportunities to automate **CRM, customer support, reporting, sales and internal workflows**

### Required Skills

* Windows & Hardware Troubleshooting

* Networking / Wi-Fi / LAN

* CRM Administration

* Website / WordPress basics

* Domain, Hosting & DNS basics

* **AI Tools – ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot etc.**

* **Prompt Engineering & AI Automation**

* Basic **API, Webhook & Integration** knowledge

* Zapier / Make / n8n knowledge preferred

* Basic HTML/CSS, SQL, Python or JavaScript will be an advantage

* Data Backup & Basic Cybersecurity

* Strong troubleshooting and vendor coordination skills

### Qualification

**BCA / B.Sc IT / B.Tech CSE/IT / MCA / Diploma in IT or equivalent practical experience**

**Preferred Candidate:** Someone with practical knowledge of **IT + CRM + Website/App + AI + Automation**, who can independently manage day-to-day technical requirements and coordinate with developers/vendors.
