Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports as required by management.
- Maintain and update operational and business data accurately.
- Analyse data and prepare performance reports and dashboards.
- Handle data reconciliation, validation, and reporting.
- Prepare Excel-based reports, summaries, and presentations.
- Coordinate with different departments to collect and verify data.
- Ensure timely submission of reports and maintain proper records.
Required Skills:
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and Advanced Excel.
- Strong knowledge of Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, IF functions, data validation, conditional formatting, and Excel dashboards.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline. Candidates with a Commerce or Management background will be preferred.
Experience:
1–3 years of experience in MIS, reporting, or data management preferred.
