Job Description

Responsibilities: -

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Maintain and update Excel sheets, Access databases, or MIS.
  • Track business performance such as collections, recoveries, attendance, targets, etc.
  • Analyze data and identify gaps, trends, or errors.
  • Share reports with managers and clients on time.
  • Coordinate with operations, accounts, HR, and field teams for accurate data.
  • Maintain records and ensure data accuracy.
  • Create dashboards, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP reports, and charts.

 

In your telecom/device-recovery field

An MIS Executive may specifically handle:

  • Allocation reports for TCs and FOS.
  • Device recovery tracking.
  • DVR pending and completed reports.
  • Winback and suspension reports.
  • Billing and payout reconciliation.
  • Attendance and productivity reports.
  • Downloading data from systems and preparing client formats.
