Job Description
1. Maintaining Records
2. Preparation of stock report
3. Co-ordinating visitors with the relevant departments & maintaining register for visitors
4. Maintaining courier tracker & collect daily courier
5. Maintaining register for all in house meeting & monthly review meetings
6. Arrange all logistics for training
7. Periodical maintenance through registered vendor timely & keeping record of it
