Job Overview

We are looking for an energetic Personal Loan Telecaller to join our sales team. In this role, you will make outbound calls to prospective clients, explain loan products, evaluate basic eligibility, and convert qualified leads into loan applicants.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective customers from provided lead lists.
• Pitch personal loan features, interest rates, EMI options, and repayment schedules clearly.
• Screen applicants for basic eligibility (income, employment type, age, and credit profile).
• Guide interested clients through the initial application and document collection process.
• Follow up regularly with potential leads to address queries and resolve objections.
• Maintain accurate records of call outcomes, customer details, and follow-ups in the CRM.
• Achieve daily call volume and weekly/monthly lead conversion targets.

Requirements & Skills

• Education: Any Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience: 1+ year experience in outbound telesales or financial products preferred.
• Communication: Strong spoken communication and persuasive skills in English and relevant regional languages.
• Technical: Basic working knowledge of computers and CRM tools.
• Attributes: Target-driven mindset, active listening skills, and resilience in handling rejections
