Job Description

A Picker Packer finds inventory on warehouse shelves and packages items securely to fulfill customer orders quickly and accurately.



🔧 Key Responsibilities

  • Picking: Find and retrieve items using order sheets or electronic RF scanners.
  • Packing: Place items into boxes with protective wrap and seal them securely.
  • Inspecting: Check products for damage or defects before shipping.
  • Labeling: Print and affix correct shipping labels and barcodes to packages.
  • Organizing: Restock shelves, count inventory, and keep the workspace clean.



⚡ Key Requirements

  • Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, bend, and walk for long shifts.
  • Lifting: Ability to lift heavy objects regularly (usually 25 to 50 lbs).
  • Detail-Oriented: High accuracy in matching item numbers, colors, and quantities.
  • Speed: Ability to work fast to meet daily shipping deadlines.
  • Education: No formal degree required; on-the-job training is provided.
