Prochesta Aya Centre is hiring a full-time Client & Staff Coordinator for our Chowbaga office.
Shift:
--> 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (6 Days/Week, 1 Day Off)
--> 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM (6 Days/Week, 1 Day Off)
Location: 116, Adarsha Nagar, Chowbaga, Kolkata – 700105
Key Responsibilities:
* Handling incoming client calls, service enquiries, and booking confirmations.
* Coordinating with caregiving/support staff for duty scheduling and replacements.
* Basic data entry and maintaining staff/client records in MS Excel.
* Assisting with service billing and payment follow-ups.
* Resolving day-to-day service queries and handling shift handovers.
Eligibility & Requirements:
* Minimum 12th Pass.
* Basic knowledge of MS Word & MS Excel.
* Good communication skills in Bengali and Hindi.
* Sincere, punctual, and willing to learn.
Nearby Location Preference:
Chowbaga, Anandapur, Kasba, Tiljala, Ruby, EM Bypass, Topsia, Tangra, Science City, Mukundapur.
