Job Description
⭐Client Engagement & Point of Contact: Serve as the main touchpoint for client inquiries, onboarding, regular check-ins, and ongoing support.
⭐Relationship Building & Retention: Maintain trust, understand client goals, repair fractured or disengaged relationships, and minimize churn.
⭐Needs Assessment & Solutions: Conduct deep-dive discussions to identify client requirements and match them with appropriate company offerings or packages.
⭐Issue Resolution: Handle customer complaints, coordinate across internal departments, and deliver swift, professional solutions.
⭐Data Management & Reporting: Log interactions, manage client profiles in CRM software, track satisfaction levels, and prepare regular activity or forecast reports
