• Job ResponsibilitiesWelcome customers and understand their eyewear requirements.
• Assist customers in selecting suitable spectacles, frames, and lenses.
• Understand customers’ eye prescriptions and recommend suitable lenses based on the prescription and company guidelines.
• Explain product features, lens options, pricing, and offers to customers.
• Provide a positive customer experience and achieve sales targets.
• Maintain product displays, store cleanliness, and inventory.
• Handle customer queries and support day-to-day store operations.
• Eligibility CriteriaGood communication and customer-handling skills.
• Interest in sales and willingness to learn about optical products.
• Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
• Freshers are welcome; prior retail sales experience will be an advantage.

Training ProvidedNo prior knowledge of optics is required. We will provide proper training on understanding eye prescriptions, spectacle lenses, frames, and product recommendations. Candidates with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
