Job Description

Looking to hire a Retail Store Manager/Assistant Manager, with a minimum of 2+ years of experience in handling high value customer sales and for retail outlets.

- Location: Kolkata - Full-time role.- Preference for experience and interest in Luxury fashion.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales and customer success.
  • Manage all custom fit orders.
  • Manage highest level of customer relationships
  • Drive new strategies to drive higher sales at the store and achieve monthly Sales Targets
  • Initiate and take charge of Online (Whatsapp,Website) and Offline sales intersection.
  • Represent and travel to other cities with merchandise for Popups organized by Shuffling Suitcases.
