Job OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with travel agents, generating new business opportunities, handling travel-related enquiries and achieving monthly sales targets.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation and client relationship management skills, preferably with experience in the travel and tourism industry.

1. Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, approach and develop new travel agent relationships to generate business.
2. Maintain strong relationships with existing travel agents and ensure regular follow-ups.
3. Promote the company's international and domestic travel packages, including FIT and MICE services.
4. Handle enquiries, prepare quotations and coordinate with the operations team to convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
5. Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets assigned by the management.
6. Conduct regular follow-ups with agents regarding quotations, bookings and outstanding payments.
7. Explore new markets and identify potential business opportunities.
8. Maintain proper records of client interactions, sales enquiries and follow-up activities in the CRM.
9. Submit daily sales reports and weekly performance reports to the management.
10. Coordinate with the accounts and operations departments to ensure smooth execution of confirmed bookings.

• Required Skills & QualificationsGraduate in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales or business development preferred.
• Experience in the travel and tourism industry will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Good command of English and Hindi.
• Strong convincing and relationship-building abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email and CRM software.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Positive attitude, confidence and willingness to travel for client meetings.
