Nexa Core HR Pvt. Ltd. is looking for energetic and target-oriented Sales & Marketing Executives to join our growing team in Kolkata – Salt Lake, Sector V.
Location: Salt Lake, Sector V, Kolkata
Position: Sales & Marketing Executive
Industry: HR Consultancy / Recruitment
Experience: Freshers & Experienced
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000/month + Incentives + Travel Allowance
Job Type: Full-Time | Field Job
Key Responsibilities:
-Identify and approach companies for recruitment & HR consultancy services.
-Visit companies and meet HR Managers, HR Heads & decision-makers.
-Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, networking and other channels.
-Develop and maintain strong corporate client relationships.
-Pitch our recruitment and HR consultancy services.
-Follow up with prospects and convert leads into corporate tie-ups.
-Coordinate with the recruitment team to understand and fulfill client requirements.
-Achieve monthly business development and client acquisition targets.

-Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
-Fluent in English, Hindi & Bengali
-Confident and comfortable with field visits
-Good convincing & negotiation skills
-Presentable, energetic and self-motivated
