Sales & Customer Support Executive

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Female Telecaller, Sales & Customer Support Executive to join Numeral Doctrrine Private Limited.

The selected candidate will be responsible for communicating with prospective and existing customers through phone calls, understanding their requirements, explaining our products and services, generating sales leads, following up with customers, and providing professional customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

• Handle customer enquiries and provide accurate information about our products/services.

• Generate new leads and follow up with existing leads regularly.

• Explain product/service features and benefits to customers.

• Convert qualified leads into successful sales.

• Maintain professional and positive communication with customers.

• Handle customer queries and coordinate with the concerned team for resolution.

• Maintain proper records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales.

• Achieve assigned calling, follow-up, and sales targets.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Provide regular updates and reports to the management.
