Sales Executive

Namah International is a manufacturer of Elastic Tapes and Narrow Fabric, serving customers in

the Hosiery and garment industry. We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated, and result-oriented

Sales Executive to expand our domestic B2B business and strengthen customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business leads and develop relationships with prospective customers.

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients through regular field visits and follow-ups.

• Handle customer inquiries, quotations, price negotiations, and order confirmations.

• Convert sales leads into confirmed orders and achieve assigned sales targets.

• Take complete ownership of customer accounts, from order booking to delivery and payment collection.

• Coordinate with production, quality, purchase, and commercial teams to ensure timely order execution.

• Monitor order progress and delivery schedules and keep customers informed.

• Address customer complaints and resolve issues through effective coordination with internal teams.

• Identify new markets, potential customers, and business development opportunities.

• Maintain customer databases, sales reports, order records, and payment follow-ups.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong sales, communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.

• A hands-on approach with a proactive, problem-solving attitude.

• Ability to independently manage clients and take responsibility for business outcomes.

• Experience in garment accessories, Elastic Tapes, Narrow Fabrics, Textiles or the Apparel industry will be preferred.

• Candidates must be below 40 years of age.
