Sales Manager- It & Networking

Job Responsibilities

* Sales & Revenue: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and drive revenue across IT networking, wireless, telecom, VoIP, ISP, and enterprise products.

* Business Development: Identify new customers, markets, dealers, ISPs, system integrators, channel partners, and enterprise accounts; generate new business and repeat sales.

* Channel Management: Appoint, develop, and manage dealers, resellers, channel partners, and system integrators while maintaining strong partner relationships. 

* Customer Management: Handle key customers, ensure regular follow-ups, manage quotations and orders, and drive upselling/cross-selling and deal closures.

* Product & Market Knowledge: Maintain strong knowledge of networking, wireless, telecom, VoIP, routers, switches, access points, fiber products, pricing, margins, stock, and competitor activity.

* Team Leadership: Lead and monitor the sales team, set targets, review performance, maintain CRM/MIS discipline, and train team members.

* Deal Negotiation: Lead high-value opportunities, negotiate pricing, coordinate with OEMs, and drive business growth within the assigned territory.

* Order & Internal Coordination: Coordinate with technical, accounts, logistics, operations, sales support, and stores to ensure smooth quotation-to-delivery execution. 

* Payment & Compliance: Monitor outstanding payments, ensure timely collections, follow credit/payment policies, and maintain compliance with company policies.

* Reporting & Ownership: Maintain sales pipelines, reports, follow-ups, documentation, and ensure every customer requirement/task is properly closed.
