Job Description

Company: HDFC Sales

Position: Sales Officer – Home Loan Sales

  • Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads for home loans through open market, references, builders, and connectors
  • Meet customers and explain home loan products and eligibility
  • Achieve monthly sales and business targets
  • Build strong relationships with customers, builders, and channel partners
  • Collect and verify customer documents for loan processing
  • Coordinate with internal teams for loan approval and disbursement
  • Follow up with customers regularly and maintain customer satisfaction
  • Maintain daily sales reports and activity updates
  • Required SkillsGood communication and convincing skills
  • Sales and target-oriented mindset
  • Basic knowledge of banking or financial products
  • Ability to build customer relationships
  • Field sales experience preferred
