Sales Promoter-FMCG

Key Responsibilities:

1. Revenue Generation & Target Achievement

• Own and deliver day-wise sales targets for specific focus FMCG products.

• Proactively approach customers within the store to pitch products, handle objections, and close sales.

• Upsell and cross-sell the Emami Frank Ross FMCG range to increase the average basket value.

2. Visual Merchandising & Planogram Management

• Ensure that all focus products are displayed prominently as per the approved planogram for the specific store.

• Maintain "Shelf-Share" and ensure the brand is visible at eye level or in high-traffic zones.

• Regularly replenish stocks on the shelves to avoid "stock-out" situations during peak hours.

3. Market Intelligence & Reporting

• Act as the eyes and ears of the company by gathering customer feedback and observations regarding product pricing, packaging, and quality.

• Monitor and report on competitor activities, including new launches, schemes, or display changes.

• Submit daily sales reports and stock movement updates to the concerned manager.

4. Operational Support

• Execute on-ground promotional activities (sampling, demonstrations, or bundle offers) as assigned.

• Ensure the display area is clean, well-lit, and mirrors the premium standards of Emami Frank Ross.

• Perform any other sales-related tasks as directed by the management to boost store performance.
