🛍️ WEVOW is Hiring: Retail Sales Executive📍 Location: Kolkata
💼 Employment Type: Full-time
💰 Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month + Incentives
🕒 Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM
📅 Weekly Off: 1 day as per store schedule, excluding Saturday & Sunday
WEVOW is a growing Indian ethnic wear brand specializing in sarees, blouses, and handcrafted garments. We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join our store team.
- ✨ Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and assist walk-in customers
- Help customers select sarees, blouses, and ethnic wear
- Provide guidance on fabric, fit, styling, and product details
- Handle customer queries and ensure a positive shopping experience
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Handle billing, orders, and customer follow-ups
- Maintain product displays and visual merchandising
- Support stock arrangement and inventory management
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable store
- Coordinate with the backend and management team when required
- 💡 Ideal CandidatePrevious retail or sales experience preferred
- Good communication and customer-handling skills
- Interest in fashion and Indian ethnic wear
- Presentable, polite, punctual, and responsible
- Target-oriented and willing to learn
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
- Team player with a positive attitude
