Job Description
We are looking for experienced and result-oriented professionals from the Life Insurance industry, with preference given to candidates having strong Agency Channel experience.
Locations - Kolkata-Salt Lake , Bokaro, Hazaribagh,
Siliguri, Cuttack, Malda,
Balasore,Koderma,Guwahati
- Key ResponsibilitiesManage and drive branch-level business targets.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the agency/business development team.
- Recruit, onboard, and manage insurance advisors/agents.
- Drive new business generation and achieve sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Eligibility Criteria
Experience: Minimum 3–6 years of experience in the Life Insurance industry.
- Preferred Experience: Candidates from the Agency Channel will be preferred.
- Age: Up to 47 years.
- Career History: Candidate should have a stable career history.
- CTC: Best in Market
- CIBIL Score: Minimum 650 CIBIL score is mandatory.
- Candidates should have good communication, leadership, and team-management skills.
