Job Description
-Particularly for preparing quotations and maintaining commercial records.
-Manage the day-to-day operations and overall functioning of the showroom.
- Attend to walk-in customers, understand their requirements, and explain product features and solutions.
- Generate enquiries and follow up with prospective customers to convert them into orders.
- Prepare professional quotations based on customer requirements and product specifications.
- Coordinate with the sales, technical, and management teams for prompt quotation and status of each quoted client.
- Handle customer communication through phone, email, and other channels.
- Maintain records of enquiries, quotations, follow-ups, and sales.
- Ensure proper presentation, display, and upkeep of all showroom products.
