Job Title: Store & Sales Manager. Kolkata Company: TrueHoreca | Full-time, On-site
TrueHoreca is hiring a hands-on
Store & Sales Manager to run our Kolkata fulfillment hub while actively driving B2B sales to local restaurants, cafe’s, and cloud kitchens.
Key Responsibilities
- Store & Inventory Operations: Supervise daily receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch. Maintain tight inventory control, cycle counts, and FIFO/FEFO tracking to minimize shrinkage and stockouts.
- Dispatch Logistics: Coordinate morning delivery schedules and routes to ensure commercial kitchens receive orders on time.
- B2B Sales & Account Growth: Prospect local food businesses, onboard new restaurant accounts, and upsell products to existing clients.
- Client Retention: Act as the direct point of contact for key kitchen managers and chefs, handling reorders, product inquiries, and feedback.
- Team Leadership: Manage ground staff (pickers, loaders, delivery personnel) and maintain a clean, organized, food-safe facility.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in store/hub management, FMCG distribution, or B2B HoReCa sales.
- Proven track record in field sales, client onboarding, or restaurant supply.
- Proficiency with inventory software/ERP and MS Excel.
- Strong communication skills in Bengali and Hindi (English is a plus).
- High energy, street-smart negotiation skills, and a problem-solving mindset.
