Job Description
We are looking for a smart, energetic, and customer-focused Store Manager Executive to join our mobile retail store. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong interest in mobile phones and technology.
- Attend customers and understand their requirements.
- Explain and demonstrate mobile phones, accessories, and other products.
- Handle customer queries and provide excellent service.
- Maintain proper display and cleanliness of the store.
- Assist with billing, stock checking, and inventory management.
- Keep yourself updated about new mobile models, features, offers, and prices.
- Build good relationships with customers and encourage repeat business.
- Maintain discipline and professionalism at the workplace.
