Sweet Maker/Mithai Karigar

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Sweet Maker / Mithai Karigar to prepare a variety of traditional Indian sweets and mithai. The candidate should have strong knowledge of sweet preparation, ingredients, cooking techniques, hygiene, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare different types of Indian sweets and mithai as per recipes and quality standards.

Handle ingredients such as milk, khoya, sugar, dry fruits, ghee, and other materials.

Prepare sweets with proper taste, texture, consistency, and presentation.

Operate and maintain kitchen equipment safely.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the sweet-making area.

Check the quality and freshness of ingredients before use.

Manage cooking time, temperature, and ingredient quantities accurately.

Minimize food wastage and maintain proper storage of prepared sweets.

Support daily production and ensure sweets are prepared on time.

Requirements:

Male candidates preferred.

Education: 10th Pass or Below 10th.

Basic English communication skills.

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Sweet Maker / Mithai Karigar.

Strong knowledge of Indian sweets and traditional mithai preparation.

Good understanding of food hygiene and kitchen safety.

Ability to work efficiently in a full-time kitchen environment.

Shift: Day, Full Time

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month
