Job Title: Team Associate – Recruitment Consulting

Job Summary:

The Team Associate will support the recruitment consulting team in sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate records, and assisting with client and candidate communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates through various recruitment channels.
• Contact candidates and explain suitable job opportunities.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and clients.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining.
• Assist the recruitment team in achieving hiring targets.
• Build and maintain good relationships with candidates.
• Prepare basic recruitment reports and daily updates.
• Support the Team Leader/Recruitment Manager in day-to-day activities.

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and hiring processes.
• Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and candidate coordination.
• Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office.
• Fresher or experienced candidates can apply.
