Qualification required: Graduate (Any) / Preferably graduated between 2021 to 2026

Preferred age group: Up to 40 years

Work experience: Minimum 3 years man-management exposure (Handling Tele Marketing Exe team or Recruiter Team)

Remuneration INR: Fixed up to 20K/month (subject to relevant experience)

Work Profile (Description):

1. Lead and manage the manpower acquisition team to achieve defined daily, weekly, monthly recruitment and onboarding / licensing (in any) targets.

2. Plan and execute strategies to source and onboard potential resources.

3. Monitor daily activities, lead generation, follow-ups, conversions and overall team performance.

4. Guide team members in prospecting, calling, objection handling and conversion.

5. Conduct regular team reviews, performance evaluations and target-tracking meetings.

6. Train, coach and motivate Recruitment Executives to improve productivity.

7. Develop effective lead-generation channels through references, databases, digital platforms and networking.

8. Ensure timely completion of documentation, training, examination and licensing processes (if any).

9. Analyze recruitment funnel data and identify gaps to improve conversion.

10. Coordinate with management to achieve business targets and ensure continuous growth of the network.

11. Suggest the targeted segment to the backend team for correct data sourcing.

Working hours: 09:00AM - 06:00PM (Monday - Friday) / 09:00AM - 04:00PM (Saturday)

Working days: Monday to Saturday
