Job Title: Team Leader

Location: Ganesh Chandra avenue

Experience: 1–5 Years (Sales/Team Handling Preferred)/ freshers also


  • Job ResponsibilitiesLead and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor new team members.
  • Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Develop sales strategies to increase revenue and market presence.
  • Prepare daily and monthly sales reports.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and compliance with company policies.
  • EligibilityGraduate in any discipline (preferred).
  • 1–5 years of experience in sales, insurance, banking, telecom, or financial services.
  • Team handling experience is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
