Job Description
Greet customers and provide friendly, efficient service.
Take customer orders accurately and process billing/payment.
Prepare and serve milkshakes, beverages, and food items as per company standards.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the outlet, kitchen, and service area.
Follow food safety, quality, and operational guidelines.
Handle customer queries and resolve basic service-related concerns professionally.
Check stock levels and support inventory management.
Assist the team in achieving daily sales and operational targets.
Follow company policies, SOPs, grooming standards, and safety procedures.
Perform other duties assigned by the Outlet Manager.
