Team Member

Role & responsibilities :

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Team Members to join our Caf & Retail team. The role involves assisting customers, handling counter operations, maintaining product displays, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant customer experience.

Preferred candidate profile :

• Welcome and assist customers with a warm and professional approach.
• Take customer orders and provide information about products.
• Handle billing and POS operations accurately.
• Maintain proper product display and ensure availability at the counter.
• Pack and hand over customer orders as per standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the outlet.
• Handle customer queries and coordinate with the team for timely resolution.
• Follow company SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and service standards.
• Support inventory checks and other operational activities as required.

Candidate Profile

• Qualification: 10th / 12th / Graduate.
• Experience: 0-3 years in F&B, Caf, Bakery, QSR, Retail, Hospitality, or Customer Service.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pleasant personality and professional grooming.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Freshers with good communication skills and a positive attitude may also be considered.
