Job Description
Job Title: IT Technician
Location: Garia, Kolkata
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹16,000 per month
Candidate Preference: Male
Job Responsibilities
- Install, configure and maintain computers, laptops, printers and IT equipment.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, Windows and networking issues.
- Maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, and other network devices.
- Provide technical support to office, QSR outlets and FMCG operations.
- Handle IT-related issues in QSR outlets, including POS systems, billing systems, printers, CCTV, internet and connectivity.
- Support FMCG-related IT requirements, including computers and basic network troubleshooting.
- Install and update software, antivirus and operating systems.
- Coordinate with vendors for repairs, installations and technical support.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in IT Support/Technical Support preferred.
- Good knowledge of computer hardware, networking and Windows OS.
- Experience in QSR/FMCG industry IT support will be an advantage.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Candidates who can commute to Garia are preferred.
