We are looking for BPO Experienced Callers for Collection & Customer Onboarding Calling at our Salt Lake Sector V, Kolkata office.

💼 Position: Collection & Customer Onboarding Caller

💰 Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹20,000 Take Home

📍 Location: Salt Lake Sector V, Kolkata

🏢 Work Mode: Work From Office

🎯 Experience: BPO / Telecalling / Collection experience preferred

  • 🔑 Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls for customer onboarding
  • Follow up with customers for required documents and process completion
  • Handle collection-related calling and follow-ups
  • Explain products/processes clearly to customers
  • Maintain proper call records and follow-up details
  • Achieve daily and monthly calling/performance targets
  • ✅ Candidate ProfilePrior BPO / Telecalling / Collection experience preferred
  • Good communication and convincing skills
  • Hindi & Bengali communication required
  • Target-oriented and customer-focused
  • Immediate joiners preferred
