Job Description
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents from provided leads.
- Handle inbound calls and respond to queries regarding courses, fees, scholarships, eligibility, admission procedures, and career opportunities.
- Understand students' educational goals and recommend suitable courses/programs.
- Follow up regularly with interested candidates and convert leads into admissions.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status in CRM/lead management systems.
- Schedule counselling sessions, campus visits, or online counselling appointments.
- Explain course benefits, curriculum, duration, fees, and available offers/scholarships.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and admission/conversion targets.
- Coordinate with Academic Counsellors and the Admissions Team for successful enrolment.
- Maintain professional and positive communication with students and parents.
- Provide timely follow-ups and ensure a smooth student experience throughout the admission journey.
