Trainee – Customer Success

Provision Technologies LLP is looking for a Trainee – Customer Success to join our customer-facing team. This is an entry-level opportunity for a graduate who enjoys communicating with people, is willing to learn technology and wants to build a long-term career in Customer Success. The role will involve handling incoming business enquiries from B2B portals, website enquiries, referral leads, partner references, existing customers and other business sources.

Key responsibilities:

• Respond to incoming business enquiries and make timely customer contact.
• Understand customer requirements through effective questioning and listening.
• Qualify enquiries and maintain accurate information in CRM.
• Follow up with prospects and ensure enquiries are not missed.
• Coordinate customer meetings, demonstrations and discussions.
• Coordinate with Sales, Pre-Sales, Technical Support and Service Delivery teams.
• Follow up on quotations, proposals and customer requirements.
• Support customer onboarding and ongoing customer communication.
• Gradually take responsibility for customer relationships, renewals, satisfaction and customer follow-up.

Training will be provided on IT Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Managed Services and Provision Technologies' products and solutions. Previous IT experience is not required.

• Comfortable communicating with customers over phone and email.
• Good listening and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer and CRM skills.
• Good follow-up discipline.
• Willingness to learn technology and business concepts.
• Positive attitude and sense of ownership.

Preferred educational backgrounds: BBA, B.Com, BCA, B.Sc., BA or equivalent.
