Job Description

  • Make outbound calls to candidates regarding job vacancies.
  • Source and screen candidates through calls and online platforms.
  • Explain job details, salary, benefits, and interview process to candidates.
  • Coordinate candidate interviews and follow up regularly.
  • Maintain candidate records and recruitment databases.
  • Achieve daily and weekly recruitment and calling targets.
  • Build good relationships with candidates and ensure proper communication throughout the recruitment process.
