📝 JOB OVERVIEW / কাজের বিবরণWe are looking for a Telesales Executive with at least one year of experience in lead calling and customer convincing. / লিডে কল করা এবং গ্রাহকদের বোঝানোর কাজে কমপক্ষে এক বছরের অভিজ্ঞতাসম্পন্ন একজন টেলিসেলস এক্সিকিউটিভ প্রয়োজন।


🎯 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / প্রধান দায়িত্বCall leads and communicate with potential customers. / লিডে কল করা এবং সম্ভাব্য গ্রাহকদের সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ করা।

  • Explain products or services clearly to customers. / গ্রাহকদের কাছে পণ্য বা পরিষেবা স্পষ্টভাবে ব্যাখ্যা করা।
  • Convince customers and handle their queries professionally. / গ্রাহকদের বোঝানো এবং তাঁদের প্রশ্নের পেশাদারভাবে উত্তর দেওয়া।
