Job Description
Job Role:
1. Relationship Manager B2B Buyer agent:
Travel Business development for all B2B buyer agent & franchise.
2. Customer Relationship Manager , Business development(B2C):
Relationship manager, Tour Anchor & coordinator, Sales development, All B2C Client handling outbound & mapped guest.
3.Curator B2B: property, group tour – back to back & staying own, package tour, customized tour.
· Design all program from B2B supplier
· Cross sell Metta stay product for hotel & homestay: PMS, Channel manager, POS, Revenue Manager, Curated technology solutions.
· Cross Sell Metta stay product for Travel agent: Travel CRM, Itinerary builder, WhatsApp & Meta marketing tool along with Meta verified services.
· Cross sell staying.com services
· Physical property, Hotel & homestay exclusive tie up property curation.
· All decision making of other source inventory tourist story
· Inside community tour curation if any.
4.Curator special relationship: Small Agents, franchise, social influencer, group tour operator, events, corporate events, staying own group tour organizer, physical marketing, merchandize, vendor management. Concept design the staying own group tour.
· Small Agents B2B supplier & cross sell meta stay product & staing.com services
· Franchise development
· Social influencer empanelment
· Group tour operator B2B supplier & cross sell meta stay product & staing.com services
· Staying travel club management
· Staying own event
· Corporate event organization liaising
· Staying own group tour organization
· Any merchandize, vendor etc. managements
· Physical marketing, travel fair: organization & all data collection.
