Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Handle client travel inquiries and provide suitable travel solutions based on their requirements.

Prepare customized travel itineraries for leisure, corporate, group, and special-interest travel.

  • Manage tour costing, quotations, and package proposals while ensuring profitability.
  • Coordinate with airlines, hotels, transport providers, and local partners for bookings and confirmations.
  • Provide destination expertise, visa guidance, and travel-related information to clients.
  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive rates and value-added services.
  • Ensure seamless execution of travel arrangements and provide pre- and post-travel support.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and deliver high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, airline policies, and industry developments.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
