Job Description
Jio is looking for dynamic, business-oriented professionals to lead and manage Jio Point operations. The ideal candidate should be capable of driving customer acquisition, improving sales productivity, managing retail relationships, and ensuring operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Jio SIM, Fiber, and digital product sales.
- Manage Jio Point operations and ensure achievement of business targets.
- Handle retailer engagement and market development activities.
- Monitor customer acquisition and service quality.
- Lead field activities and support the local sales team.
- Ensure compliance with company processes and reporting requirements.
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Degree / Plus Two with relevant experience
- Age: Below 30 years (preferred)
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license
- Good communication and team-handling skills
- Sales or telecom experience will be an added advantage
