JOB DESCRIPTION – STORE KEEPER

Designation: Store Keeper

Location: Kosamba Surat, Gujarat

Experience required: 1 -3 years’

Salary Range: 18000 to 20000

Leave: 15 Days Paid Leave

Notice Period: 30 Days

Week Off: 2 days / month

Work Timings-9:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Roles & Responsibilities:

 Handle inward/outward entries and stock records

 Maintain inventory data in Excel & Google Sheets

 Perform GRN, bill booking, PO generation, and material entries

 Monitor stock levels, conduct stock verification, and match with system

 Manage diesel, scrap, return materials, and reuse processes

 Update vendor, budget, and tracking sheets

 Prepare stock reports, costing, and inventory summaries

 Ensure proper documentation and coordination with departments

 In case of any medical emergency at the factory, coordinate and accompany the employee to

the predefined/authorized hospital as per company procedure.

Skills Required:

 Inventory & store management knowledge

 Software handling

 Strong knowledge of Excel & Google Sheets

 Good data management and reporting skills

 Attention to detail & accuracy

 Coordination & communication skills

Qualification:

 Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate

Experience:

 1–3 years of experience in Store, Warehouse, or Data Entry preferred.
