Job Description
Accountant & Booking Management Executive
Job OverviewSahu Travels is looking for a skilled, hardworking, and responsible Accountant to manage the company's daily financial transactions, bus ticket bookings, online and offline payments, and overall accounts. The ideal candidate should have good practical knowledge of accounting, computer operations, and booking management software.
We believe in practical skills, honesty, dedication, and the ability to get work done on time. A formal degree or diploma is not mandatory if the candidate has the required skills and knowledge.
- Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain daily accounts, including cash book, bank book, debit and credit entries, and financial records.
- Manage and verify online and offline payments, ticket sales, refunds, and payment settlements.
- Handle payment gateway transactions, API-generated payments, and reconciliation of payment records.
- Manage bus ticket bookings, cancellations, passenger details, and other operations through ticket booking and bus management software.
- Maintain accurate records of income, expenses, outstanding payments, and receivables.
