Job Description
- Job ResponsibilitiesCustomer Support & Issue Resolution: Handle customer queries and complaints through phone calls and WhatsApp. Understand issues, troubleshoot problems, provide effective solutions, and ensure timely resolution.
- Issue Tracking & Follow-up: Record customer issues in the support system, coordinate with the technical team for complex problems, and follow up until satisfactory resolution.
- Sales & Cold Calling: Make outbound sales calls and cold calls to potential customers, introduce our software solutions, identify business requirements, generate leads, and schedule product demonstrations.
- Product Demonstrations: Conduct demos of Inventory, CRM, WhatsApp Automation and other business management modules, explaining how the software can improve business operations.
- Customer Onboarding & Implementation: Assist new customers with software setup, configuration, implementation, and training to ensure smooth adoption.
- Software Testing & Quality Improvement: Test new features, identify bugs, verify fixes, and share improvement suggestions with the development team.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain regular communication with existing customers, understand their requirements, and identify opportunities for additional products or services.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, support tickets, sales calls, demos, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Team Coordination: Work closely with the sales, support, and development teams to ensure customer satisfaction and continuous product improvement.
