Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
- Create and schedule engaging social media posts & Design basic creatives.
- Assist in content writing, captions, and hashtag research.
- Support digital campaigns and online promotions.
- Monitor social media engagement and performance.
- Source candidates through job portals and LinkedIn.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with Canva and social media platforms.
- Creative thinking and organizational skills.
- Interest in HR, recruitment, and digital marketing.
- Willingness to learn and handle multiple responsibilities.
