Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Acquire new customers and promote banking products.
- Generate business through FD, SIP, Mutual Funds, Insurance, and savings products.
- Cross-sell financial products to existing customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Handle customer queries and provide financial product guidance.
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
- Conduct field visits, lead generation activities, and customer meetings.
- Ensure compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain daily sales reports and customer records.
- Eligibility:Graduate in any discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in banking, NBFC, insurance, or financial services sales.
- Good communication and relationship management skills.
- Knowledge of banking and investment products preferred.
